What is the origin of the name "Manaya"? Manaya derived from Manaia, which is the name of a powerful mythological creature from the Māori culture. Manaia is a messenger who travels between the mortal and spiritual worlds and is a guardian who protects against the evil. 

Earth, our spaceship and unique home, shall be cherished and appreciated! Manaya non-profit institution which believes that we, the Earth's crew, can use a common and universal sense to understand our differences respecting and helping each other on our journey!
